STEAM & Innovation

Our STEAM & Innovation classes invite students to explore science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics through engaging, hands-on projects and real-world challenges. Students learn by designing, building, experimenting, creating, and improving their ideas.

Using age-appropriate projects and the Design Thinking process, students identify problems, brainstorm solutions, create prototypes, test their designs, and make improvements. Activities may incorporate engineering, makerspace projects, scientific investigation, creative design, literacy, technology, robotics, coding, and collaborative problem-solving.

Programs are designed for different developmental levels, from playful exploration and building for younger learners to more advanced research, engineering, prototyping, and innovation challenges for older students.

Beyond STEAM concepts, students strengthen critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, perseverance, and problem-solving skills. Our supportive, inclusive environment provides opportunities for both typical and neurodiverse learners to discover their strengths, take creative risks, and experience the excitement of turning an idea into something they can build, test, and share.
